**All orders made through our online store are for PICK-UP ONLY at PDD.**

How long will it take to receive my order?

Instock orders are usually ready within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.

Pre-orders are usually ready within 4-6 weeks after the end of a presale, but sometimes this turnaround time cannot be met due to stock levels and shipping times. An email will be sent when pre-orders are ready for pick-up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards ONLY through our online shop. Payments will not be accepted at the front desk.

Note: You may see pay-later options listed, such as Afterpay, Klarna, etc., but we do not offer these payment options.

Can I make an exchange or return?
